Banner Advert Instructions
Choose where you want your Banner to Show
You can choose where you would like your Banner Advert to show on the Caterads.com website. To show your Banner Advert in one region e.g. on all Scotland job listing pages - select ‘Scotland’ from the drop down location selector. You can choose multiple Locations and/ or Categories for your banner advert. Each Category or Location that you choose will cost £149.99 + VAT.
Example 1: If you sell pots and pans to Head Chefs, you may choose to show your Banner Advert on all ‘Head Chef’ job listing pages.
Example 2: If you sell chef whites in Scotland and the North East, you may choose to show your Banner Advert on all ‘Scotland’ and all ‘North East’ job pages.
Artwork Sizes and Format
Your Banner Advert can be either Standard Industry Skyscraper (120px wide X 600px high) or Wide Skyscraper (160px wide X 600px high). If you wish your Banner Adverts to look good on Apple iOS retina devices please supply double sized artwork i.e. 240 x 1200 or 320 x 1200. In this instance we will automatically fit your artwork to the Banner Advert containers on our website.
Your Banner artwork must be in one of the following formats: JPEG, PNG or GIF.
Cost
Banner Adverts cost £149.99 + VAT per location/category (or 1 banner advert credit if you have any in your account). Your new Banner Advert will be live as soon as your payment is processed (* see note below). Banner Adverts stay live on the site for 28 days from go live date. If you wish to add Banner Adverts with either different art work and/ or a different remote url then you will need to add it as a separate Banner order.
* What if your chosen location/ or category spot is already taken?
If you wish to display a Banner Advert in a section that already has a Banner Advert displayed, you may pre purchase the space and when the other Banner Advert has expired, your Banner Advert will then show for 28 days.
Key
Available! = your Banner can be shown in this category now. Pre-book your banner to go live here on (date) = a banner is currently showing in this category. You can upload a banner now and it will start showing from the date shown in red.
More Information
The Caterads.com web site is designed to work with a minimum screen resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels. It is possible that Banner Adverts may not be visible on screens with a resolution below this level.
