The restaurant focuses on seasonal and ingredient-lead bistro cookery, taking inspiration from across Europe and served in a warm and bright setting with consistently excellent service standards. As Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of day-to-day restaurant operation, training, rotas, HSE, achievement of staff retention & welfare; customer satisfaction & ratings; budgeted turnover & profit.
