Description: General Manager - New Opening - Multifaceted Premium Hospitality Operation - Lochinver, North Coast 500 Route, Sutherland, Scotland

Salary: £45,000 - Initial accommodation available

Your New Job:

* You will be the leader and face of the entire operation

* You will play an integral part in the opening and development of the multi-outlet site

* The above will include being responsible for producing, designing, and developing concepts and procedures

* You will have full responsibility for the financial management and performance of the operation

* You will have access to unique and market leading technology to manage your business, from POS to Payroll systems

* The outlets will encompass; Premium Restaurant and Bar, Luxury accommodation, Artisanal Retail outlets, Micro-Brewery, Smoke House, and other onsite production elements to supply the above operations

Your Experience and Our Requirements:

* 1 - 5 years experience as an AGM / GM / Operations Manager in a quality Food and Beverage centred Hospitality environment

* Results focused with the ability to evidence P&L management skills

* Comfortable using EPOS, Payroll and Stock Management systems, including Back of House functions where applicable

* A charismatic and energetic individual who takes pride in leading by example and has a defined style of leadership

* You will be customer focused, able to coach your team to deliver memorable experiences

* Full understanding of all aspects of Health and Safety, COVID-security, Food Safety, Licensing, and all other legislative compliance requirements
