Salary: £28,000

Please note - Previous experience within an IHG property is mandatory.

A fantastic opportunity to be the next Hotel Manager of an exciting property in the centre of Manchester.

Your New Job:

* You will be a senior leader within this busy and exciting property
* You will be focused on delivering great guest service
* Your role will require you to be hands on and lead by example
* Simultaneously, you will be comfortable manging your team, identifying revenue opportunities and monitoring costs
* You will use your commercial acumen to drive business, attending commercial focus meetings with senior members of the business

Your Experience and Our Requirements:

* You will already be an Operations Manager in an IHG property, or you will be a Front Office / Guest Service Manager in an IHG property
* You will be fully proficient with the IHG PMS system as well as internal metrics
* You will be comfortable leading by example across the operation, always happy to be hands on when business dictates
* You will be able to demonstrate your commercial awareness through evidencing impact in previous roles
* You will have worked in a comparable City Centre property or you will be able to demonstrate your understanding of this type of property
