A rare opportunity has arisen for a SOUS CHEF role at a CONTRACT CATERING site in Filton.
We are looking for a talented individual with strong leadership skills to work as part of a small friendly team. Working closely with the Chef Manager you will be assisting in preparing all fresh ingredients for the menu on-site daily.
This Role is Mon- Fri 7am - 3pm with occasional Saturdays 8am-1pm which is paid at overtime. We are looking for a team player who is willing to go the extra mile in assisting both colleagues and staff. The role will include stock taking, cleaning, ordering, health/food safety, allergens awareness, stepping up in the chef managers absence, Mentoring other team members if required.
