The Company is setting a new benchmark by combining local produce and a table service.
Seeking a permanent Breakfast Chef. No late nights or split shifts. just outside Andover.
Restaurant offers table service and a full fresh food seasonal breakfast and lunch menu.
Ingredients sourced from own farm shop and grown on site where possible.
Responsible for working and supporting in the production of all breakfast menu items.
Directed through the daily shift plan and under the guidance of the senior kitchen personnel.
Maintaining quality and consistency of all food produced in line with specification and recipes, clear labelling and production procedures.
OWN TRANSPORT IS ESSENTIAL!
Key Features of the Role:
NO LATE NIGHTS, NO SPLIT SHIFTS and EVERY OTHER WEEKEND OFF.
As a Breakfast Chef you work 45 hours per week, 5 days a week from 07:00.
A sleeves rolled-up attitude Breakfast Chef with desire to succeed as a team member.
Estimated 30-50 covers Mon - Thur, 50-80 covers on Fri, 200-300 covers Sat and Sun.
Working under a very talented Head Chef and Sous Chef management team.
Working with an ever changing fresh and vibrant menu.
As Breakfast Chef you need to be organised, able to follow instructions and procedures.
Able to produce breakfast menu orders within specifications and prep trolley for next day.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
To be a success you need to be an accomplished Breakfast Chef
Own transport essential to get to site.
Proven Cook / Chef experience, food preparation and cooking from scratch.
Familiar with current legislation’s regarding food hygiene, safety, risk assessments etc.
Essential that you are a professional communicator, who can respect work colleagues.
Relevant certifications as both a practical and theoretical experience is essential.
What’s on Offer?
This amazing Breakfast Chef opportunity offers a basic annual salary ranging from £18K to £21K depending upon experience and interview trial assessment.
Tips available on top of the basic, which works out at roughly £100 - £200 per month.
No split shifts, no late nights, every other weekend off, working 45 hours per week, 5 days per week from 7am.
Fresh food cooking, using local seasonal ingredients to create breakfast menu items.
