Your New Job
As General Manager you will treat this business as your own, responsible for all elements of the day to day running of the operation. You will be results focused, able to maximise revenue and control costs effectively ensuring optimal profitability. You will have a track record of delivering and managing memorable guest experiences in a quality restaurant setting. Alongside the above you must be passionate about your people, focused on taking care of your team whilst influencing their development. You will have a close relationship with the ownership, reporting directly in to them.
Your Experience & Our Requirements
You will have at least 3 years' experience at General Manager level in a quality restaurant operation
You will be passionate about the customer journey, able to coach your team to deliver memorable experiences
You will be an expert on all things food and beverage, with knowledge of the latest industry trends and a passion to innovate
You will be a charismatic and energetic individual who takes pride in leading by example
You will be able to demonstrate strong financial acumen, with past experience managing a multi-million pound top line
You will be able to display a track record of excellent top to bottom line conversion
Your Future As The Successful Candidate
As General Manager of this quality food led operation you will receive a competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 alongside a performance related bonus structure. If you are a driven and ambitious individual there is a scope for progression in to a more senior role within the business.This would be in the form of a shareholding position.
