Description: My client is a fast growing serviced apartment provider looking for a Reservations & Office Administrator.

The Company:

Serviced Apartment provider

The Role:

First point of contact managing communication with guests (telephone calls & emails)

Welcoming customers in the office

General upkeep of the office

Ideas/input for social media posts

Dealing with complaints

Creating to do lists for the apartments

Creating systems to ensure properties are kept to the highest standard

Ideal candidate:

Ideally educated to A Level standard or equivalent

Previous hotel experience is essential

Confident computer skills

Excellent communication and numeracy skills

Prides oneself on attention to detail


Salary up to £17,000.00
