SOUS CHEF - BRANDED JAPANESE RESTAURANT

We have an opening for a Sous chef to join this exciting branded asian fusion restaurant in Bristol.
Due to continued success they are looking to strengthen the team. Ideally you will have experience with Wok cooking, however any asian cuisine background experience would be advantageous
This role will be 5 days over 7. A mixture of shifts, this employer is keen to give their chefs a good work-life balance!
This role is based on 48 hours per week
This role will include -
* Wok cooking, bento, hand rolling sushi
* Preparing, cooking and finishing dishes to a company standards
* Working as part of a strong kitchen team
* Comply with the companies Health & Safety/ Food Safety guidelines
* Help manage stock levels and assist in the ordering from suppliers
* Assist in daily preparation of sauces & ingredients
* You will be confident in leading a small team
* Work in a busy, fast paced environment
