Your New Job
As Bars Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of the bar service and guests' experience.
Leading by example you will ensure a smooth, efficient and high quality customer service is consistently provided. As the Bars Manager you will recruit, train and manage the bar team. You will be the driving force within the team, building a customer focused work ethic, setting individual targets and responsibilities for team members.
Additional responsibilities will include stock control, managing budgets and cost control, cash handling and creating new promotional offers and events throughout the year to drive business from both internal guests and the local community.
Your Experience & Our Requirements
Ideally you will have a minimum 2 years' experience managing a team within a similar role either within hotels, bars or restaurants. .
As Bars Manager you will have exceptional operational skills, be commercially aware and have excellent people management skills.
The Bars Manager should be an effective communicator to customers and colleagues alike. You will be approachable, presentable and have the ability to build rapport with your new team. It is essential that the Bars Manager has a passion for customer service, a positive character and thrives on the culture that the hospitality industry offers.
Your Future As The Successful Candidate
In return for your expertise, the successful Bars Manager can expect to receive a competitive salary of £22,000 to £24,000, working 40 hours per week. As this is a franchised hotel you will also have company benefits such as discounted accommodation etc. with the brand and the management company.
