Description: This modern and stylish 2 AA rosette hotel, located in Hampshire, is searching for a hardworking Pastry Chef de Partie to join their talented kitchen brigade. The hotel boasts two private dining rooms within their Brasserie which exemplifies the intimacy of the dining experience with a variety of fresh, classical dishes.
As Pastry Chef de Partie youll be a vital member of the kitchen brigade preparing and providing exceptional pastries and desserts. In order to help you reach your full potential, you will be supported by an experienced team of chefs.
It is desireable, but not essential, that the ideal candidate will have a solid background from a rosette property. You must be able to showyour enthusiasm, flair and passion for pastry.
You will be required to ensure that the preparation and presentation of the food is of a Rosette standard, and complies with food safety regulations and also to comply with Food and Health and Safety regulations.
You will have previous relevent pastry experience and must be capable of preparing food to a rosette standard. As part of a large brigade, it is essential that your communication skills are excellent, and you have strong commitment with dedication to your career and a passion for food.
