The property is in a magnificent setting, and produces exceptional service and exquisite food. The menu features the freshest local fish, seafood and free-range meats delivered to their door each morning, all lovingly prepared by their passionate Head Chef and team.
This establishment is looking for a hard workingPastry Chefwho can remain calm under pressure. Working with excellent, locally sourced produce, you will be working to menus that offer great choice of dishes whilst maintaining value for money.
You will be expected to input ideas into the menu and be able to produce food to a high standard, in a busy kitchen.
As Pastry Chef you will need....
* Previous experience working within a similar property
* Educated to a minimum of NVQ Level 2 in Professional Cookery or equivalent.
* Able to work on your own or within a team
* Be passionate and dedicated to your profession
