Your New Job

As General Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, ensuring high quality customer service is delivered at all times throughout all departments. Leading by example you will uphold and live the company values and ways of working.

Taking ownership for the commercial success of the business the General Manager will be responsible for devising and delivering realistic budgets, implementing new revenue strategies, and have an inside-out knowledge of P&Ls and how to manage them. You should understand entirely how the teams' actions impact profit and loss accounts, and be able to come up with drivers and ways to leverage the best from every line. Everyone will be trained and aligned to get the best from the business.

Your Experience & Our Requirements

Ideally you will have a minimum 3 years' experience as a Hotel Manager with an operational background and a track record of exceeding targets.

As General Manager it is essential that you have strong knowledge of all commercial aspects of the business including food, beverage and events. You will have ample experience creating budgets, forecasts and monthly reports. Overseeing all departments as General Manager you should be an effective communicator, positive and approachable, able to build strong rapport with your team.

Food and beverage is a focus area for this property with room to grow revenue further therefore if you have experience of increasing overall sales and know how to push food sales, this will be a distinct advantage!

Your Future As The Successful Candidate

Joining this unique hotel as General Manager you will receive a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 along with a bonus based upon performance and company benefits such as healthcare, life insurance plan and more!
