Your New Job
As Assistant Manager you will take ownership; overseeing daily operations with a focus on food service, recruitment, food and beverage inventory and cost control. You will be the driving force within the organisation, ensuring high quality standards are maintained, training and encouraging development with the existing team. You will be responsible for ensuring all enquiries and reservations are handled in an organised and efficient manner for optimum food service to take place.
You should be an effective communicator to customers and colleagues alike, you will be an approachable and dynamic leader with the ability to build rapport with your new team. You will have a passion for customer service and developing others.
Your Experience & Our Requirements
Ideally you will have a minimum 2 years' experience within a similar role and a fresh, quality food background.
As Assistant Manager you will have exceptional operational skills, be organised and efficient. You will consider yourself commercially aware and confident working with elements of stock control and staff training being the dependable presence.
You should be an effective communicator to customers and colleagues alike, you will be an approachable and dynamic leader with the ability to build rapport with your new team. You will have a passion for customer service and developing others. Always focused and positive, you will have a great character and enjoy the culture that the hospitality industry offers.
Your Future As The Successful Candidate
Working within this highly regarded independent company as Assistant Manager you will receive a competitive basic salary of £25,000 to £27,000 per annum with the opportunity to progress into a General Manager position.
