This role is work within a kitchen operation within a duel site maintaining my clients excellent reputation whilst producing a health GP and leading a motivated team.
Our client requires 'foodies' with exceptional hotel, restaurant backgrounds who wish to continue producing high quality food but also seek a more positive 'work life balance'. The roles requires an extremely organised and 'hands on' approach by a chef de partie who is well versed to working within a high pressured and fast paced kitchen environment.
