Working within an experienced and dedicated brigade, you will be looking for a stable role with career longevity. You will be passionate about your cuisine and using quality, fresh produce.
As Junior Sous you will be expected to maintain the already high standards of this property and be able to help run the kitchen in the Head Chefs absence, it is therefore essential that you come from a similar property. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience in a similar quality establishment.
Statutory Annual Holiday plus public holidays

Qualifications/ Experience required:
Must have NVQ level 1and2 or equivalent and a full understanding of food safety and hygiene. Applicants must be well presented and have a stable CV with good references. They require someone who has good culinary knowledge along with sound financial awareness and excellent leadership skills.
