Description: This Nottinghamshire Hotel is looking for an experienced Snr Sous Chef to join the team and help leadand motivate this kitchen teamalongside the Head Chef.
This quaint market town Hotel has 40 ensuite bedrooms, a 100 cover restaurant which is available for private functions, 100 Bar and Grill serving scrumptious dishes crafted bythe Head Chef and the talented and hardwoking brigade. It also has 4 conference and function rooms inlcuding the newly refurbished Suite.
Thefood created by the team use fresh, seasonal, ingredientsproduced in and around the surrounding areas. As Snr you Sous Chef you will be working slongside the Head Chef andyou must be committed to help maintain the high standards already set within the property.
Experience required for this Snr Sous Chef position:
You must have a minimum of 2 years experience within a similar property
Full time flexible hours are required - must be able to workdays, nights, weekends and Bank holidays.
Skills required for this Snr Sous Chef opportunity:
Able to work at a fast pace, whilst keeping high quality service
Must have good supervisory and communication skills.
Must be able to teach junior chefs and have motivational skills.
