Description: I am are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic Sous Chef that's looking for the next career step!
Assistant Kitchen Manager for an immediate start to oversee the running of kitchen on a daily basis and deputize the site's General Manager in their absence.
You will manage, train and develop the team of catering assistants ensuring the service is running smooth.
* Consistent and smooth running of food preparation and delivery
* Administrative tasks i.e. product ordering, temp checks, H&S and COSHH
* Ensure all required standards are adhered to in the preparations and production of food
* Support the General Manager and the need arises;
* Responsible for all cleaning duties and cleaning schedule for the kitchen;
* Assist in recruiting and hiring new team members;
To be considered as a candidate, you will:
* Have at least 3 years of kitchen experience
* Be of a Sous Chef or Junior Chef Manager Level
* Hold up to date Health & Safety and Food Hygiene, level 2 Food Safety certificates
* Able to manage, train and develop a team
* Computer literate and have experience of using online purchase to payment systems
