Front of House Manager

Description: We are searching for a self-motivated, innovative person with excellent customer service skills to undertake this key role in our operation. Reporting directly to our owner, you will need to run our restaurant, bar and guest rooms, supervising staff to uphold the high standards we have established. A hands-on person who makes things happen and generates business. This is a great opportunity for somebody to grow a small business and make their name. Good cooking skills are desirable but not essential.
