Daily duties mean you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the kitchen. You know and understand the level of quality required to do this. An eye for detail, accuracy and precision. An understanding of bespoke luxury service. Youll also have the man management skills to motivate the brigade, recognising the individual and how to get the best out of them.
