Description: Sous Chef - City of London - Production Kitchen - to £30,000
Sous Chef required for a high-end production kitchen based in E1 City of London near to Whitechapel.
The kitchen produces a daily changing high end menu working strictly with all fresh ingredients; butchering all of their own meats and fish and making their own sauces and stocks.
We are looking for chef candidates who have experience as Senior Chef de partie or Sous Chef and you must have experience working in quality kitchens, be it either casual dining or fine dining. The team of chefs use top-quality seasonal ingredients from local, independent suppliers to create delicious, international dishes.

You may come from a high end fine dining restaurant or perhaps from another style of fresh food kitchen - the main importance is that you possess a confident skill-set that enables you to work well in quality kitchen operations.
You must also be able to demonstrate a solid career history (for example we cannot consider candidates that only spend 3 months at each place of employment), must be reliable and personable!
Hours are 5 days per week, straight shifts only.
Salary is £24,000 to £30,000 depending on your experience
