Description: A Chef de Partie is required to work within a large brigade, situated in a multi site hotel property cooking fresh food to order. Using a blend of high quality fresh ingredients.
The property is a luxurious 5 Star Hotel in Hertfordshire, featuring over 200 rooms, a vast range of modern facilities and excellent dining options. This property is famous for its Award Winning Rosette accredited Fine Dining restaurant, as well as for its casual style dining and marvellous afternoon teas.
As a Chef de Partie you must be capable of preparing food to a high standard. You will be required to make everything from scratch and maintain the highest level of hygiene possible. You must have an eye for detail as you will be providing desserts and petit fours to all the dining facilities. You must be capable to work under pressure and as part of a team.
As part of a large brigade it is essential that your communication skills are excellent, you have strong commitment, with dedication to your career and a passion for food. Experience is essential with a minimum of 2 years in a stable hotel background preferably 2/3AA Rosette with excellent references.
