Description: This highly accredited hotel is looking for a creative and standards driven CDP/SNR CDP/JNR SOUSto join their brigade.

Being a four red star 2 rosette hotel, the candidate for this position must be experienced and confident in using fresh produce. You must also be adaptable to ingredients and menu styles as this innovative kitchen only uses the freshest of seasonal produce and game, and covers menus from breakfast and light luncheons to TDH dining and exclusive private functions. Good all round management experience is required for this challenging role.

Your duties will be to assist the Head Chef in the day to day running of the kitchen andproducing food to a rosette standard.

Qualifications/Experience required:

You must have NVQ 1 and 2 or equivalent and a minimum of 2 - 3 years experience in fine dining/ brassiere as well as having worked in kitchens with a minimum of 1 - 2AA rosettes. Volume experience would also be welcomed.
