Description: A passionate Pastry Chef dePartieis required to join this award winning brigade in this fantastic property. The property has over 40 rooms, an award winning restaurant and extensive conference and banqueting and leisure facilities.

The Role:-

As Pastry Chef de Partie, you will be reporting directly to the Head Chef. Your responsibilities will includehelping in the running of the Pastry Section producing all freshly made desserts, ice-cream, petit fours, baked bread etc to a high standard. You will also be responsible for stock control and ordering. You will be standards driven with a passion for creating high quality cuisine. You will also be competent at catering for volume, as this property is a popular wedding venue.

The ideal candidate will have gained previous multi rosette experience and possess the determination, passion and enthusiasm to succeed as a Pastry Commis Chef. You will also require NVQ Level 1 and 2 or equivalent qualifications and a food hygiene certificate is essential. A minimum of 2 rosette experience is essential.
