Juice Hospitality are delighted to bring a superb Food and Beverage Management position to the table. This venue has a stunning award winning restaurant and are looking for an experienced Manager to run their 60 cover fine dining operation and general hotel food and beverage function. The operation appeals to all ages with a busy daytime and evening trade for their award winning quirky dishes and 5 Star hotel function inclusive of conference and banqueting facilities. The operation also has outdoor dining facilities and private dining areas for high-profile guests and customers.
This is a quality operation serving high quality fresh produce in sumptuous surroundings and we are looking for someone with previous experience of working as a Restaurant Manager in a quality fresh food, high volume, high quality Rosetted restaurant environment with a busy daytime and evening time operation.
Fantastic personality and charisma and a real presence
Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager of a fresh food Michelin star or Rosette restaurant operation
Strong fresh food experience
A real self-starter, motivated and keen to get stuck into the role
Innovative with the ability to train and develop the team
Passionate and knowledgeable about good fresh locally-sourced produce and fine wines.
Experience of fine wines, champagnes and quality spirits
The ability to motivate other people to provide the highest standards of service
Personable with the ability to talk to customers at all levels
Great eye for detail
Full financially accountable.
