Description: A Commis Pastry Chef is required at this highly accredited country house hotel located in theMid Sussex area. The hotel has over 10 bedrooms, a 3rosette and Micheling starrestaurant and small private dining facilities.
Our clients are looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual to assist in the smooth running of the kitchen. You will be required to work within the pastry section producing all freshly made desserts, ice-cream, petit fours, baked bread and afternoon teas to a Rosette standard.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within similar quality 2/3 rosette accredited properties. You will have a strong knowledge of pastry and have previously worked with fresh quality produce. You will also require NVQ Level 1 and 2 or equivalent qualifications and a food hygiene certificate.
