*Assistant head of catering /London *

Description: This beautiful and very well-known venue is in need of a strong assistant catering manager who will work a long side the other Heads of department with a strong hands on attitude and a positive outlook on team and food development.

As an assistant catering manager you will be expected to lead from the front in all aspects of the food and beverage operations with a strong hands on approach to ensure the high stands are met at all times.
Key duties will include:

-Managing the team on a daily basis
-Delivering a high quality of service
-Managing P&L
-Developing and training team members
-Overseeing daily running of events
-Organising and Co-ordinating events
-Design food and drinks Menu's

This role will suit an experienced Restaurant manager or Food & Beverage manager looking for a new exciting challenge or even an assistant food & beverage manager looking to take the next step.
It is essential that the candidate has a back ground within a hotel environment. You must have a strong knowledge of food and wine and excellent team management skills.

Salary will depend on experience between £30k - £37k plus benefits
