Description: This is a great opportunity for an experienced Junior Sous Chef to join the existing brigade in this fabulous fresh food bistro. Our client is a popular venue with upmarket conference and banqueting working only with fresh, local products delivered daily or even grown in their own grounds!!
A Junior Sous who has at least 1 years experience working in a similar establishment would be preffered although the right attitude is more desirable than experience. You will be responsible for running a section in the kitchen as well as running the kitchen occasional on the absence of the Head and Sous chef . You will be responsible for training junior members of the team.

Qualifications/ Experience required:
The ideal candidate will be qualifield to NVQ level 2 minimum. You will also have the ability to work well under pressure, traing and supporting junior chefs, have great communication skills and show great desire to achieve only the best.
