Description: This stunning country house hotel is a unique 2AA Rosette property in Suffolk and currently has a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef.
Our clients are looking for an exceptional individual to give quality service, both to customers and colleagues within their superb 4 Star equivalent operation.
Working within an experienced and dedicated brigade, you will be looking for a stable role with career longevity. You will be passionate about your cuisine and using quality, fresh produce.
As Sous you will be expected to maintain the already high standards of this property and it is therefore essential that you come from a similar property. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience in a similar quality establishment.
Qualifications/Experience required: Must have NVQ level 1 and 2 or equivalent and a full understanding of food safety and hygiene. Applicants must be well presented and have a stable CV with good references. They require someone who has good culinary knowledge along with sound financial awareness and excellent leadership skills.
