Description: A stunning Country House hotel in the North East are looking to recruit a talented Sous/Junior Sous Chef.
The hotel has a superb 3AA rosette restaurant serving a traditional English with a twist.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Sous/Junior Sous Chef who wants to gain experience in a high quality establishment. You will be expected to work within this exceptional brigade and assist in sustaining the fantastic accreditations achieved by this hotel. The position requires a strong and confident individual who can work on initiative. The ideal candidate must have previousexperience of 2 years in quality establishments with a minimum of 2AA Rosettes. Must have NVQ level 1and2 or equivalent and a full understanding of food safety and hygiene. Applicants must be well presented and have a stable CV with good references.
