Description: JUNIOR SOUS CHEF/SENIOR CHEF DE PARTIE REQUIRED - QUALITY PUB RESTAURANT

LOCATION: CHESTER/THE WIRRAL
SALARY: £9-9.50ph + quality capped bonus, extras and the chance to help run a great property and kitchen for a very exciting company.

Very high volume gastro Pub is looking for a Junior Sous/CDP with a great personality and who oozes charm to help run their busy kitchen operation. The venue is very busy and the company that has been on the up for the last 5 years and really is breaking into the pub scene in Cheshire and the North West.

An already established and extremely popular company, this venue will give you the chance to work for a quality pub operation which own several other units and has accreditations and accolades to their name.

The business has a very busy food trade and is heavily food led. The wet side of the business is very much quality cask ale focused. The clientele here are incredibly diverse and you will be in charge of managing the experience for a range of ages and backgrounds.

You should be a Chefs Chef, in having great cooking skills and ideas as well as being able to lead and direct a team under pressure - You should be approachable, able to get on well with and encourage people of all levels at the same time as having the skills to step up and point your brigade in the right direction when the need arises.

If you are not already an existing Junior Sous Chef applications are also being sought from Senior Chef de Partie of GREAT standing who are looking for their first appointment to Sous Chef.
