We have a vast array of clients ranging from fine dine to festivals, from pubs to private dining and Premiership football, hotels to horse racing, contract catering to casinos and much, much more.

In order to apply with us you must have the following :

- you have worked at least at chef de partie level previously
- Experience in a busy kitchen with banqueting,volume,fine dine or à la carte experience
- Previous experience within a quality fresh food environment
- The passion for producing dishes to an excellent standard
- Current Food Hygiene Certificate
- 2 x References
- NVQ Level 2 in Catering & Hospitality
