*Food & Beverage manager/AA Rosette/4* Hotel/London

Job Location: Central/West End

Description: This beautiful hotel is in need of a strong F&B manager who will work a long side the GM with a strong hands on attitude and a positive outlook on team and food development.

As a hands on manager you will be expected to inspire and drive the team on a daily basis within the 3 F&B outlets and ensure standards and targets are met at all times.

Key duties will include:
-Implementing plans to grow and develop the food and beverage department
-Delivering a high quality of service
-Managing P&L
-Developing and training team members
-Overseeing daily running of the hotel alongside the GM
-Ensuring all 3 F&B outlets are always operating at peak performance

This role will suit an experienced Food & Beverage or Operations manager looking for a new exciting challenge.

It is essential that the candidate has a back ground within a hotel environment. You must have a strong knowledge of food and wine and excellent team management and business development skills.
