Description: Connect2staff are currently recruiting for an Operations Manager for our client who is one of the most sort after organisations to work for in Kent within the Hospitality & Leisure industry.
As an Operations Manager you will be responsible for the hospitality and catering standards across the venue always ensuring that they are exceptional and that a high quality experience for the guests is always maintained.
Your role will include:
Overseeing the catering and events across the venue.Line manage all the department managers to ensure they are working within budget and supporting them with management of their teams.Overseeing other hospitality teams in absence of managers.Managing on site contractors.Day to day operational checks ensuring KPIs are being met.Monitoring competitor prices to ensure our client offers the best value.This is a permanent position, working 40 hours each week however longer hours may be required when special events are taking place. Hours will include working weekends and candidates will need to be flexible.
Please make an application if you have broad experience in catering and working in a 5 star hotel. Ideally someone who has worked as a General Manager for a hotel or a similar venue.
