Our client, a beautiful boutique country house hotel situated in the Lancashire area is looking for a senior Assistant Manager who can assist in the running of this high quality boutique country house hotel.

This is a fantastic wedding venue and has a great reputation in the area.
As AGM you will be involved in the running of all areas including, weddings, events, reception, housekeeping, and restaurant operations.

We are looking for an all-rounder, ideally from a small hotels background who is looking for their next big challenge. You will be someone who really wants to get your teeth stuck into an operation and work alongside a great GM to provide continuity and friendly and efficient service right through the whole operation.

The ideal candidate will have a bubbly personalty, be a great motivator of teams and have excellent guest service skills.

Experience required:

* The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an Assistant / Duty or Deputy Manager in the hotels sector, or F&B or C&B Management.
* You will have a lovely and warm, welcoming personality and be excellent with guests
* Experience of managing or supervising bedrooms and housekeeping
* Experience of running weddings and events
* The ability to manage, train and develop teams
* You will be able to deputise for the General Manager
*The ability to assist in driving the venue forwards via excellent customer service
*Good financials and understanding of HR, payroll, cost controls and rotas etc.

This is a full time position that would equally suit someone who is looking to develop their all-round skills within a country house hotel environment and be involved in every aspect of the business including operations, events, restaurant management and housekeeping.

Salary & remuneration:
£25k - £27k + company benefits
