Sous Chef - London - up to £25,000

Description: I am currently recruiting for the position of Sous Chef for a restaurant in Central London. The restaurant specialises in Ramen and authentic Japanese cuisine.

The ideal candidate would have experience of working with chopsticks and of managing a kitchen in the absence of the Kitchen Manager.

Required skills
- 3 years kitchen experience, be able to use chopsticks and knifes
- Experiences of dealing with grills, row foods
- Positive and proactive attitude / Energetic for work
- Business level English / Japanese would be benefit (Not essential)
- Health safety level 2 / Food & Safety Level 2 (Essential)
- Experience of product development would be benefit
- Enough Knowledge about HACCP
- Able to notice the problem quickly and efficiently solve the problem during the business hour
- Communication skills to lead all staffs to make good team
- Business level English / Japanese would be benefit (Not essential)
-Figure Analysis
- Clean and organized work environment / Punctuality
