We are looking for a vibrant energetic Client Services Supervisor to work for one of the country's top professional companies based in Birmingham with some travel to offices in surrounding areas around the Midlands.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a professional, successful company who have been established for many years and who are growing from strength to strength. As Client Services Supervisor your duties will include meeting and greeting clients, answering telephone calls, ensuring that the reception and hospitality areas provide an excellent level of service to both internal and external clients,ensuring that client meeting rooms are clean and tidy and any catering orders are monitored and standards of quality are maintained & provide support, training and development of your team and follow up on appraisals for the teams within your Midlands region.
The environment is very corporate/professional and we are looking for someone who is well presented and professional with the ability to maintain the same high standards at all times and who can implement change where necessary. You will also be responsible for liaising with marketing for any events where client services are required.
The offices have regular internal and external clients who use the offices and facilities on a day to day basis and part of your role will be to build up relationships with these customers.
The team in Birmingham has 5 team members, but the role is a regional one so there will also be occasional travel to other office within your region such as Leicester and Nottingham.
The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar supervisory role looking after client/guest services and reception within a hotel or similar professional hospitality operation and we are looking for a real all-rounder with great communicator skills, high standards and the ability to work in a professional environment.
Salary and Benefits or Remuneration:
The starting salary for this role is around £22, 000 plus various benefits/expenses etc. More may potentially be paid for the right candidate. depending on experience. This is a Monday to Friday role with generally daytime hours.
