Description: This impressive star accredited, group owned hotel within North Yorkshire would like to appoint an experienced Chef de Partie to work in their banqueting kitchen. The hotel offers extensive conference and function facilities, as well as having an extremely well serviced wedding suite.
The hotel prides itself on its approach to staff retention by encouraging all employees to grow and expand with the group. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate who is committed and hard working to join a large established brigade in a luxury hotel with a state of the art kitchen.
The successful candidate will be a competent all rounder, an ideally come from a rosette background. It is essential that all applicants have the ability to work within a team environment and should have experience of working within a number of different sections of the kitchen.
You must have NVQ 1and2 or equivalent and a minimum of 1-2 years experience in a fine dine restaurant where you were also required to cook to volume. It is also necessary that applicants posses a food hygiene certificate.
