This trendy restaurant is looking for an experienced and committed Chef de Partie. The menu boasts traditional Italian and modern British cuisine prepared with the finest fresh produce. Being a popular venue to eat and be seen this restaurant is keeping its brigade busy year round.
This is an ideal opportunity for a Chef de Partie who wants to develop their skills working with fresh produce in an established and talented brigade. You must be ambitious, dedicated, hardworking, a good team player and passionate about food.
Excellent training and development opportunities will be provided to the right candidate. They are offering a competitive salary plus gratuities. You will have, or be working towards NVQ 1and2 or equivalent and have a minimum of 1 year kitchen experience in a hotel or restaurant. All applicants must posses a food hygiene certificate.
