This is a British menu in a gastro restaurant supporting a 4 hotel environment
Applicants must be customer orientated, someone able to drive the front forward with the management team.
Be someone who wants to progress and develop their own management skills, deputising for the Restaurant Management
Be interested in the role, team and moving the business forward in a positive way.
Have exceptional interpersonal skills, gets on well with others in the work environment.
Have proven experience of working within a similar style of menu e.g high volume/TGI or similar branded style menu.
