Tate Catering is proud to be the in-house provider of quality food and beverages for all the Tate sites. Our offer ranges from a sustaining sandwich to a memorable dining experience, as well as catering for special events being held by Tate’s corporate sponsors.

We are looking for a strong Pastry Chef, who has proven experience. A candidate who is confident in all areas of the kitchen, comfortable managing different pastry sections as well as overseeing juniors. At Tate we are introducing a range of new desserts; from the classics to more modern twists on some of our items. Everything from a breakfast range, cakes, grab and go, petit fours, slices, cookies and plated desserts for restaurants and events, as well as our own handmade chocolates.

A chef that is self-motivated and can be left to manage the daily running of a section and deputise in the absence of the Sous Chef. A broad set of skills is needed to help run a fantastic kitchen with wonderful prospects of exciting projects. Someone who is passionate about pastry and working in a team is a must. We strive in every way to deliver top quality products with consistency and a huge emphasis on health and safety.
